For the hp 4600 cartridge, I got a supplies error code: 10.00.01. Where can I get detailed instruction how to replace the OEM chip with yours? How to do 1) the manual reset procedures and 2) for the replacement chip as well? Thank you and Have a Great Day!

why don't these work on the Photosmart C6000 and C7000 is it the chip? and is there another cartridge that does work on them? we would like to stock these products in our store for our customers but I need this information

A: Please read carefully the warning above. It says: This refillable HP 02 cartridge doesn't work with Photosmart C6000 and C7000 series printers. This cartridge doesn't require any chips. It will not work properly because the architectures of HP 02 and Photosmart C6000, C7000 are different.
